Suburban Rap is created by combining silly lyrics that tackle the philosophies of suburban "mall-life," with light weight attitude that can only rise out the the rigors of suburban life. Musically, The style eschews the typical criminal themes, but places the rap-a-long lyrics over rock-tinged tracks. Representative Artists: Kid Rock, Vanilla Ice.
