Lyrics

Full Description

This was one of two songs that killed the original band, at the time called Fatal Error. Bruce and Ante stuck together, re-recorded a bunch of Fatal Error songs that were not written by old band members and renamed ourselves GrumpyMope. Home reflects the GrumpyMope mindset, sparse and intense demi-industrial (hey it has acoustic guitar on it) which was a novelty in 1995. All analog, the only thing digital was the transfer to mp3 file.

Review:

A huge hunk of anti-commercial arena rock, with majestic keyboards, unique guitar tones and terrific vocals that build in emotion and intensity throughout the entire bumpy ride, "Home" will blow your mind with its production values.
