Disco Dance

Disco music was named after discotheques, clubs that played nothing music for dancing. The style grew out the groove-oriented early 70s funk. Disco music mainly emphasized on the beat above everything else, even the vocals and song. When asked, "What they remembered about the 70s?" people generally answered with "Disco Music".
