Review:   "The Green Pedal" is from modern jazz guitarist Stuart Hart's debut CD. Powerful melodies and musicianship take take this song through a whirlwind journey wit an array of latin & fusion grooves, atmospheres and fiery solos. I can hear influences ranging from Scott Henderson, Mike Stern and Pat Martino to Steely Dan. The track features world renowned fusion drummer Dennis Chambers (who has played with Michael Brecker and Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Steely Dan), bassist Matthew Garrison (from The John McLaughlin Group), saxophonist Gary Thomas , and world-class guitarist Paul Bollenback.

The last sixty-seconds of this track in particular is some of the best and most intense fusion every recorded. I dare you to try and keep the "beat" with the whirlwind of rhythms spewed forth by Dennis Chamber's drums and from the compelling break solos.

If the rest of the CD is this good, it's a "must have" in my book.

Review:   Thats some serious guitar playing! This group of individuals is world class, with heavy riffs, constantly being built upon, repeated and changed. Familiar melodies are a happy addition to this tune. The music is clear and potent. These guys are good!I have heard them play live, and its all the excitement and more, that you feel while listening to them. Very High Energy Jazz.
