an e-mail from france..........
about madrid.....

Hi David,

I have something to suggest to you.
I have a close friend who lives in Madrid who
said to me that a local record store
might be interested in selling copies of Sins Taylor CD.
In Madrid, there are 4 or 5 record stores that are specialized in
powerpop (incredible!) and there are also some radio shows
who played early powerpop as well as recent bands.
I can give you the phone number of this friend, he's an english
teacher so talikng with me should be quite easy.
Please tell me what you think about it...
Best

Pierre

they want us in england and yugoslavia..................

High ,

My name is Goran Obradovic and even though it's hard to believe that there is such a thing, I'm a POP enthusiast from the most (un)popular country nowadays, Yugoslavia.

I've got a radio show called POPISM and I struggle real hard to keep it going in these mad days around here.I had a short pause through the "explosive" days but now the POPISM is back and rockin'!!! My only source of info these days are the internet and some fanzines that I got from some kind people from abroad like the guys of the Bucketfull Of Brains mag who were so kind to send me some copies of the mag and CDs for my show .That's how I found out about Sins Tailor . Ever since I'm in a mission of searching all the CD/record stores in the country but it's all in vain since no one ever heard about the it . Well, since, because of the current political situation here, the mail order and the credit cards don't work in Yugoslavia I decided to try this last desparate step and to contact you in person to ask if you are able to send me a copy of the CD for my radio show cuz I'm really dying to have it on .I also really think that you deseve to be heard of on the other side of the world too.

Of course I realise that sending free stuff isn't exactly easy so I can offer you a trade for anything else (music or any other souvenaires), just name it! Also I'll really do my best in promoting it so that when things get better (which I hope will happen sometime soon) people could order from you.Getting CDs/LPs for my show is kinda utopistic these days so if you're able to help me out with a CD you can't even imagine what would it mean to me.

Please let me know about this.

Thanks very much in advance!!!

Goran

BTW, Pineapple Gearshift does not work in Netscape 4.7x (blank page) but does work in IE 5.x

not sure about previous Netscapes or IE's.

Cheers,
