Hell yeah - followup to the Sud's show last Friday night? We are playing 6 shows at another local spot (Spanky's Underground) over the next 2 months! SWEET! Plus: We have significantly increased the sophistication level of our recording processes (read: worked out the bugs while practicing) and have a better than average chance of actually delivering on the promised live cuts uploading to LS.com! Lost Souls Division in da house! M-A ------------------ IP: Logged |

groovy - you might try the recording setup we're using... 1) MD player direct patched into the PA board this is just too cool a method to not use - with the added bonus that it's a lot easier to erase a bum MD than a bum CD-RW... everyone around here who plays live needs to try this - it's like being at the show from 2000 miles away ------------------ IP: Logged |

Well, I remember you saying it ended up sukking, but I can't remember why. Course, I can't remember what I had for lunch, either. ------------------ IP: Logged |

yupper - insufficient time for soundcheck led to soundman being too close to the stage - direct sound from guitar amps and drums presented difficulty hearing the mix configuration in the PA - so the MD mix amounted to vocals and bass - with some squeaking and popping in the background... hate it when that happens ------------------ IP: Logged |
