You have delivered as promised and I appreciate that. There are two Contracts to consider and there is much to study and deliberate. I will not respond to these proposals on this board. Since these are legal issues, they will be responded to in a legal manner.

I do not believe that Artists should represent themselves as Attorneys if they are not in fact bona fide Atttorneys.

I am "Phil Frazier", not "Phil Frasier". I suspect the imposter to be "Paradise". I have posted this on mp3.con but received no denial regarding this. I am not sure who the imposter is. Whoever it is knows a lot about me and is intent upon discrediting me.

I strongly advise that all Artists join Musicians United. It is only $15 for a year but Bill House has offered "free" membership to a few Artists that cannot afford the membership fee. We may have a "trusted" and higly qualified Attorney review and negotiate these LS Contracts for us.

that's a pretty big accusation there Phil, having met Paradise and dealt with him on a few occasions on a personal level I really dont think he would stoop to the level of impersonating you on any BB....that is uncalled for and unsubstantiated.....

ps-you should have said "de facto" lawyers, it's always more impressive when you use latin....especially in reference to law....

(damn did I spell especially right? it just looks so funny, you know what I mean?)

Did I not say that I do not know who the imposter is? One must read the entire post in order to understand the entire meaning. I said, I suspect. To me "suspect " means possibley, a guess. That is not the same as saying positively. If Paradise denies it, I will take his word for it. Paradise posted false info. re: me on mp3.con and I requested that he retract that false info. He did so.

If Paradise would like to deny my that he is the imposter, he is welcome to post here and do so.

I reported this imposter to Sean Fenlon. He advised me to ignore the posts, which I have done. I would really like for LS to delete the imposter's posts and/or track that asshole down. I guess LS is too busy to do either.

Well, I am reserving my thank you for some other day. He could have put out this contract from the very beginning. No one said the final contract had to go out on a specific day. To my thinking, Sean was dragging this out abit too long like some kind of soap opera.

OK, sure, if he were to burnup that damnable standard contract which he is using right now or at least take out the "royalty free" clause, I would be more than willing to say "thank you Sean!" and would be more than willing to listen to what he has to say.

St. Cheez
