The answers to these questions undergo a constant transformation in everyone's mind, and in the mind of the audience in general. Some artists prefer to follow established routs and reap the harvest of immediate understanding. Others are intrigued by the possibility to explore new paths.
DISCORD AGGREGATE belongs to the latter category.
Their first musical project as a group, "THE ATTACK OF THE ABSOLUTE ZEROS", re-defines the genre of opera, marrying it to jazz and adding spoken voice. To indicate its principal nonconformism, it is referred to as "non-opera". Surreal and innovative text and a radical mix make this CD a truly unique experience. Released in September 1997, this album has received the most excited response from listeners and independent reviewers.

Its creators describe it as a "non-opera", and that's pretty apt -- while bearing some conceptual similarities to opera, it's about as close to your average Puccini work as a nuclear explosion is to a candle flame.
Attack... lives up to its name -- a dizzying combination of acapella vocals, freeform jazz, spoken narration, cut-and-paste sound effects and other sonic distractions.
