| | From : | | • San Diego | | Musical Style : | | • Rock & Roll, Blues, Alternative, R&B | | Musical Influences : | | • Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Patsy Cline, Steely Dan, Led Zeppelin | | Brief Description : | | • Crowded Head is comprised of the most high-test musicians in the recording industry. Patty Brown's vocals lead the Crowded Head sound. | | Artist History : | | • Patty and Bob wrote their first songs together and starting recording February 1998 at Moon Productions in Arroyo Grande, CA. Several months into the project, on a trip to Hawaii, Patty became very ill. Close to death, she underwent three (3) surgeries in 48 hours to save her life from a blood clot. She then had to recover enough to fly back to California for a fourth and final surgery. This time an upper rib resection was performed to remove a rib and ligament or risk having another blood clot. |
